Netzens Softech follows a clear cancellation policy with the following terms:

• All cancellation requests should be communicated to your Account Manager. The cancellation will not be valid until confirmed by the respective Account Manager.
• Cancellation requests will be considered ONLY when the request is made by the User within 12 hours of placing an order, and execution of the project has not started already by Netzens Softech.
• Netzens Softech will not be held responsible for any third-party services, such as app development, web development, content writing, etc.

Refund policy

Due to the nature of the services, Netzens Softech does not guarantee any refunds upon cancellation.

In the case of a monthly payment, it is deemed that payment for next month is released only after reviewing the current month’s performance.

Netzens Softech does not make any guarantees based on traffic/rankings etc. and thereof, will not be held responsible for any refund claims. We only provide White label Digital Marketing and Web Development services all over India.

If you are unhappy with our services, you’ll receive a refund according to our above-mentioned policies.
